About Face2Face London

Face2Face London provides affordable counselling and psychotherapy from our offices in Oxford Circus, helping with a wide range of issues including anxiety, depression, relationship problems, concerns around sex and sexuality, bereavement, family problems and low self-esteem.

Our counsellors and psychotherapists are trainee therapists working towards their final qualifications and accreditation, supervised by experienced and qualified psychotherapists, each following the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy's code of ethics.

Our therapists are very carefully selected from approved UK counselling training organisations and universities.

How we work

  1. 01

    First appointment

You will meet one of our fully qualified therapists to determine which of our carefully selected trainee therapists might be the best counsellor for you.

  2. 02

    Getting the right match

Not all personal issues are suitable for trainee therapists. We will let you know if your needs might be better met with a different type of counselling.

  3. 03

    Ongoing sessions

Appointments are held weekly and last 50 minutes. You may end therapy at any time, just by letting your therapist know.
